Packaging terms
Customer satisfaction undoubtedly depends on the quality of packaging. It is vital that every item arrives intact at its destination. To this end, we are committed to using premium-quality packaging materials and carefully selecting our transport providers.
Our packaging methods include the use of protective materials such as bubble wrap or polystyrene, ensuring optimal stability of the item during transport.
Depending on the needs, we offer various packaging options for our products:

Reinforced Cardboard : We use specially reinforced cardboard, exceeding the strength of standard cardboard, to ensure the protection of furniture and works of art during transport.

Protective Film : For deliveries made by private carriers, the item is first wrapped in protective film and then carefully placed under a blanket in the delivery vehicle.

Wooden Crates : For international shipments and items requiring extra protection, we use sturdy wooden crates. Each product is shrink-wrapped and carefully protected inside the crate to ensure damage-free delivery.

Delivery Terms
We deliver to mainland France (excluding overseas territories and Corsica) through our network of carriers specializing in the transport of art furniture.
Our employees have earned our trust thanks to their seriousness, professionalism and responsiveness.
Bulky items will be delivered to your home within 3 to 4 weeks of placing your order. All our carriers are insured.
Small parcels will be sent via Colissimo within 3 to 5 working days with insurance up to the value.
For shipments outside mainland France, you must contact us to receive a personalized quote and confirm the sale together.
